Welcome to the Fergus & District Horticultural Society website. Our Society was founded in 1857 and has been dedicated to preserving the horticultural heritage in Fergus and area for more than 166 years! Our Society members are interested in learning about plants and gardening, and work hard to enhance our community’s natural beauty.

It’s time for annual membership dues – $15. Members should send their payments via E-Transfer.
This year, for Member’s Meetings, the Legion doors will be opened at 7:00pm, and the program will start at 7:30pm.

If you are interested in helping out, we need some help on 4 committees:
- Committee chair and 1 or 2 members for the Social Committee
- Committee chair and 1 or 2 members for the Lions Home Show
- Committee chair and 1 or 2 members for the Coffee in the Gardens
- Committee chair and 1 or 2 members for the Potluck at the AGM
